Here are a few common issues that may cause errors when connecting your WordPress website.

Cloudpress IP Addresses blocked by your firewall

Some WordPress security products may include a firewall that blocks requests to your WordPress website. Wordfence is an example of such a product. In such instances, you must allowlist (or whitelist) the Cloudpress server IP addresses. These are the current set of IP addresses used by Cloudpress:

20.81.50.59
20.81.50.70
20.81.50.86
20.81.50.87
20.81.50.123
20.81.49.108
20.49.104.55

If that works and Cloudpress can connect, we suggest you expand that list to the complete list of possible IP addresses. Currently, Cloudpress is not using all of them, but in the future, we may use some of them, so it would be good to whitelist all of them now.

The complete list of potential IP addresses we may use is the following:

20.81.49.255
20.81.50.28
20.81.50.29
20.81.50.44
