Map Collection fields
Learn how to map properties from your Notion database to fields in your Content Management System
Collections allow you to export additional fields by mapping properties of the Notion database to fields in your CMS.
Navigate to the Collection detail page by going to the Collections page in Cloudpress and clicking on the Collection. Click on the Field mapping tab.
The field mapping table displays the properties of your Notion database on the left and the fields from your CMS on the right. Cloudpress will automatically map the title and content of the Notion database pages to the correct fields in your CMS. You can select the Notion database property from the relevant dropdowns on the left for the remaining CMS fields.
If you do not want to map a Notion property to a specific field in your CMS, you can set the dropdown to “—Do not map—“.
When you are satisfied with the mapping, click the Save Changes button.
